Еxemption letter
Sometimes a product cannot be assigned to a specific product group according to the HS system of the World Customs Organization. Consequently, the product will not be certified but a exemption letter will be issued confirming the non-certification obligation.
The creation of an exemption letter is therefore mandatory, e.g., for customs (if neither GOST nor EAC certification is mandatory), for trade (if the HS code cannot be clearly assigned to the product group), for fire protection!
Documents required for an optimal process:
- Customs tariff number
- Manufacturer information (company name, address, etc.)
- Product description (exact product name, technical data, area of application)
- Purchase contract (copy)
- Invoice, consignment note (copies).
